KLFC produces from range frozen processed products, Ready-to-Eat Products, Sauces & Flours. We are always working on research & development and stay tuned for our new products!

All KLFC products are made in a facility that is free of alcohol and pork. It is also ISO certified, which means that we have a systematic preventative approach to food safety that is widely recognized worldwide.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer both frozen and standard delivery for frozen products & dry products! Delivery time will be vary depending on your location.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been created.

We’re pretty quick at picking and packing your order. Therefore, we’re not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery time will depend on your location. You may refer to the delivery coverage area, and it typically takes 3 – 5 business days.

Currently, we do not ship to East Malaysia :( Keep an eye out as we grow through, we hope to ship to East Malaysia soon!

Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.

Return & Refund

Sorry we do not accept return once the order has been made as it required frozen delivery :(

If you happen to receive a defective item, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds can take 3 – 5 business days to process on your end, depending on your bank.

We would never store or sell your payment or personal info – we like to keep things between us.

Unfortunately, COD is not available at this moment.
