Marinated ChickenNacho Bake

Ingredients
FOR THE MARINATED CHICKEN:
- 1pc KLFC Marinated Chicken Chop
FOR THE NACHOS:
Tortilla chips (enough to layer a baking tray)

100g shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup canned black beans (drained & rinsed)

2 tbsp sliced pickled jalapeños
-
2 tbsp sour cream
-
2 tbsp guacamole
-
Optional: chopped coriander, lime wedges
Instructions
STEP 1: PREPARE THE CHICKEN
- Cook KLFC Marinated Chicken Chop in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked and slightly golden, and cut into pieces. Set aside.
STEP 2: ASSEMBLE THE NACHOS
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). On a baking tray, layer tortilla chips, cooked chicken, black beans, jalapeños, and cheese.
STEP 3: BAKE
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
STEP 4: GARNISH & SERVE
- Remove from oven. Top with sour cream and guacamole. Garnish with coriander and lime wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.
