How to order Bulk Purchase?

Can I pick up from your store?

We’re sorry! Unfortunately, we don’t offer walk-in collection for orders at this time. Only delivery services are available to ensure a seamless and convenient experience.

When Will my Order be Shipped?

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday!

How do I check my order status?

You can track your order status using the provided tracking number. For deliveries near our factory, our team will personally contact you before delivering to your doorstep!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept online banking, debit card, and credit card payments on our website. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available exclusively through our Shopee Official Store.

Sorry, international shipping is not available at the moment.
Does KLFC Ship to East Malaysia?
Sorry, orders to East Malaysia can only be placed via our Lazada, Shopee, or Tiktok Official Stores. Our website currently only deliver to West Malaysia.

How do you ship frozen products?

For website orders, we collaborate with a cold chain logistics partner to deliver frozen goods packed in foam boxes for quality assurance. For Shopee orders, delivery is managed by Shopee Food drivers. Orders under RM40 are packed in plastic bags, while orders above RM40 are secured in foam boxes for added protection.

How much does shipping Fees Cost?

Shipping fees are determined by our courier partners. For frozen products, the standard shipping fee is RM20 per order, delivered by our cold chain logistics partner. For non-frozen products, we recommend purchasing through our official stores on Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok for lower shipping costs.
