Ingredients
FOR THE CHICKEN WINGS:
- 4 - 5pcs KLFC Marinated Chicken Wings
FOR THE RICE BOWL:
1 cup cooked white rice

2 tbsp buttered corn
-
¼ cup sautéed greens (spinach, bok choy, etc.)

2 tbsp pickled red onions

Lime wedge
Instructions
STEP 1: PREPARE THE CHICKEN WINGS
- Cook KLFC Marinated Chick Wings in an air fryer or oven until fully heated and crispy. Set aside.
STEP 2: PREP THE RICE BASE
- Mix buttered corn into hot cooked rice. Stir gently to combine.
STEP 3: SAUTÉ THE GREENS
- Lightly sauté greens in a pan with a touch of oil and garlic until wilted. Season lightly.
STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE RICE BOWL
- In a bowl, layer corn rice, chicken wings, sautéed greens, and pickled onions. Add a wedge of lime on the side.
STEP 5: SERVE
- Squeeze lime juice over the bowl just before eating for a fresh and tangy finish.
