Wing Rice Bowl

Ingredients

FOR THE CHICKEN WINGS:
  • 4 - 5pcs KLFC Marinated Chicken Wings

FOR THE RICE BOWL:
  • 1 cup cooked white rice

  • 2 tbsp buttered corn

  • ¼ cup sautéed greens (spinach, bok choy, etc.)

  • 2 tbsp pickled red onions

  • Lime wedge

Instructions

STEP 1: PREPARE THE CHICKEN WINGS
  • Cook KLFC Marinated Chick Wings in an air fryer or oven until fully heated and crispy. Set aside.

STEP 2: PREP THE RICE BASE
  • Mix buttered corn into hot cooked rice. Stir gently to combine.

STEP 3: SAUTÉ THE GREENS
  • Lightly sauté greens in a pan with a touch of oil and garlic until wilted. Season lightly.

STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE RICE BOWL
  • In a bowl, layer corn rice, chicken wings, sautéed greens, and pickled onions. Add a wedge of lime on the side.

STEP 5: SERVE
  • Squeeze lime juice over the bowl just before eating for a fresh and tangy finish.
