Breaded Fish Fillet with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients

FOR THE FISH:
  • 2 pieces KLFC Breaded Fish Fillet

FOR THE LEMON BUTTER SAUCE: 
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

STEP 1: FRY THE FISH
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry KLFC Breaded Fish Fillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

STEP 2: MAKE THE LEMON BUTTER SAUCE
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Stir well.

STEP 3: SERVE
  • Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the KLFC Breaded Fish Fillet and serve immediately.
