Breaded Fish Fillet with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
FOR THE FISH:
- 2 pieces KLFC Breaded Fish Fillet
FOR THE LEMON BUTTER SAUCE:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
STEP 1: FRY THE FISH
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry KLFC Breaded Fish Fillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
STEP 2: MAKE THE LEMON BUTTER SAUCE
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute, then add lemon juice and chopped parsley. Stir well.
STEP 3: SERVE
- Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the KLFC Breaded Fish Fillet and serve immediately.
