Chicken Schnitzel with Mashed Potatoes and Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

FOR THE CHICKEN SCHNITZEL: 
  • 1 packet KLFC Breaded Chicken Chop

FOR THE MUSHROOM SAUCE:
  • 1 packet KLFC Mushroom Soup

FOR THE MASHED POTATOES: 
  • 4 medium potatoes (peeled and boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

STEP 1: PREPARE THE MASHED POTATOES
  • Mash the boiled potatoes with butter, milk, and salt until smooth. Set aside.

STEP 2: COOK THE CHICKEN SCHNITZEL
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry KLFC Breaded Chicken Chop until golden and cooked through. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

STEP 3: MAKE THE MUSHROOM SAUCE 
  • Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cream into KLFC Mushroom Soup, stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 4: SERVE
  • Plate the chicken schnitzel with a generous serving of mashed potatoes and drizzle mushroom sauce on top.
