Popcorn Chicken Loaded Fries with Cheddar and Jalapeño

Ingredients

  • 1 packet KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into fries or 1 bag frozen French fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (pickled or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

STEP 1: COOK THE FRIES
  • If using fresh potatoes, fry or bake the fries until crispy and golden. If using frozen fries, prepare according to the package instructions.

STEP 2: PREPARE THE POPCORN CHICKEN
  • Fry the KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken according to package instructions.

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE LOADED FRIES
  • Place the cooked fries on an oven-safe tray. Top with KLFC Popcorn Chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and jalapeños.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

STEP 4: GARNISH AND SERVE 
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Drizzle with sour cream if desired. Serve immediately.
