Ingredients
FOR THE TACOS:
- 1 packet KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken
- 8 small soft taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
FOR THE AVOCADO LIME CREMA:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
FOR GARDISH:
- Lime wedges
- Extra cilantro
Instructions
STEP 1: MAKE THE AVOCADO LIME CREMA
- In a blender, combine avocado, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
STEP 2: WARM THE TACO SHELLS
- Heat the soft taco shells in a dry pan over medium heat for 30 seconds per side.
STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE TACOS
- Fill each taco shell with KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of avocado lime crema.
- Top with chopped cilantro.
STEP 4: SERVE
- Garnish with lime wedges and extra cilantro for a burst of freshness.
