Popcorn Chicken Tacos with Avocado and Lime Crema

Ingredients

FOR THE TACOS: 
  • 1 packet KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken
  • 8 small soft taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

FOR THE AVOCADO LIME CREMA:
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

FOR GARDISH: 
  • Lime wedges
  • Extra cilantro

Instructions

STEP 1: MAKE THE AVOCADO LIME CREMA
  • In a blender, combine avocado, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

STEP 2: WARM THE TACO SHELLS
  • Heat the soft taco shells in a dry pan over medium heat for 30 seconds per side.

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE TACOS 
  • Fill each taco shell with KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of avocado lime crema.
  • Top with chopped cilantro.

STEP 4: SERVE
  • Garnish with lime wedges and extra cilantro for a burst of freshness.
