Chicken Meatball Lettuce Wraps with Hoisin Sauce

Ingredients

FOR THE LETTUCE WRAPS: 
  • 12 KLFC Chicken Meatballs, halved
  • 1 head butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce (leaves separated)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts

FOR THE HOISIN SAUCE: 
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

STEP 1: PREPARE THE HOISIN SAUCE 
  • In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Set aside.

STEP 2: HEAT THE CHICKEN MEATBALLS 
  • Heat KLFC Chicken Meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.

STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE WRAPS
  • Place lettuce leaves on a plate.
  • Add a few pieces of chicken meatballs to each leaf, then top with shredded carrots, diced cucumber, and chopped peanuts.

STEP 4: DRIZZLE AND SERVE 
  • Drizzle the hoisin sauce over each wrap and serve immediately.
