Ingredients
FOR THE LETTUCE WRAPS:
FOR THE HOISIN SAUCE:
- 12 KLFC Chicken Meatballs, halved
- 1 head butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce (leaves separated)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
STEP 1: PREPARE THE HOISIN SAUCE
- In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
STEP 2: HEAT THE CHICKEN MEATBALLS
- Heat KLFC Chicken Meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
STEP 3: ASSEMBLE THE WRAPS
- Place lettuce leaves on a plate.
- Add a few pieces of chicken meatballs to each leaf, then top with shredded carrots, diced cucumber, and chopped peanuts.
STEP 4: DRIZZLE AND SERVE
- Drizzle the hoisin sauce over each wrap and serve immediately.
