Chicken Fajitas with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
FOR THE FAJITAS:
- 1 packet KLFC Boneless Chicken Breast, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 8 small tortillas
FOR GARNISH:
- Lime wedges
- Fresh cilantro
- Sour cream (optional)
Instructions
STEP 1: SAUTÉ THE VEGETABLES
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers and onions.
- Season with chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
STEP 2: HEAT THE CHICKEN
- Add sliced KLFC Boneless Chicken Breast to the skillet and toss with the vegetables until heated through.
STEP 3: WARM TTHE TORTILLAS
- Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.
STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE FAJITAS
- Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture among the tortillas.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
