BBQ Chicken Meatball Pizza with Red Onions and Bell Peppers

Ingredients

FOR THE PIZZA BASE:
  • 1 pre-made pizza dough (12-inch)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

FOR THE TOPPINGS:
  • 12 KLFC Chicken Meatballs, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

FOR GARNISH:
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

STEP 1: PREHEAT THE OVEN
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

STEP 2: PREPARE THE PIZZA
  • Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  • Top with halved KLFC Chicken Meatballs, red onions, and bell peppers.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and a pinch of dried oregano on top.

STEP 3: BAKE THE PIZZA
  • Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.

STEP 4: GARNISH AND SERVE
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and slice to serve.
