- 1 pre-made pizza dough (12-inch)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 12 KLFC Chicken Meatballs, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced bell peppers (red and green)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
STEP 1: PREHEAT THE OVEN
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
STEP 2: PREPARE THE PIZZA
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza base.
- Top with halved KLFC Chicken Meatballs, red onions, and bell peppers.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and a pinch of dried oregano on top.
STEP 3: BAKE THE PIZZA
- Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
STEP 4: GARNISH AND SERVE
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and slice to serve.
