Ingredients

FOR THE SKEWERS:
  • 16 KLFC Chicken Meatballs 
  • 8 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 15 minutes)
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges

FOR THE TERIYAKI GLAZE: 
  • KLFC Teriyaki Sauce

FOR GARNISH: 
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onions

Instructions

STEP 1: ASSEMBLE THE SKEWERS
  • Thread KLFC Chicken Meatballs, bell peppers, and onion pieces onto the soaked skewers, alternating ingredients.

STEP 2: COOK THE SKEWERS
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with KLFC Teriyaki Sauce, until the vegetables are tender and the meatballs are heated through.

STEP 3: SERVE
  • Drizzle extra teriyaki glaze over the skewers and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
