Ingredients
FOR THE SKEWERS:
- 16 KLFC Chicken Meatballs
- 8 wooden skewers (soaked in water for 15 minutes)
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
FOR THE TERIYAKI GLAZE:
- KLFC Teriyaki Sauce
FOR GARNISH:
- Sesame seeds
- Chopped green onions
Instructions
STEP 1: ASSEMBLE THE SKEWERS
- Thread KLFC Chicken Meatballs, bell peppers, and onion pieces onto the soaked skewers, alternating ingredients.
STEP 2: COOK THE SKEWERS
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Cook the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with KLFC Teriyaki Sauce, until the vegetables are tender and the meatballs are heated through.
STEP 3: SERVE
- Drizzle extra teriyaki glaze over the skewers and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
