Ingredients
FOR THE SUSHI ROLLS:
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 1 packet KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into thin strips
FOR THE TERIYAKI GLAZE:
- KLFC Teriyaki Sauce
FOR GARNISH:
- Sesame seeds
- Pickled ginger
- Wasabi (optional)
Instructions
STEP 1: ASSEMBLE THE SUSHI ROLLS
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- Arrange KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken, avocado slices, and cucumber strips in the center.
STEP 2: PUT IN TERIYAKI GLAZE:
- Put some KLFC Teriyaki Sauce on the ingredients.
STEP 3: ROLL THE SUSHI
- Use the bamboo mat to carefully roll the sushi, applying gentle pressure to form a tight roll. Seal the edge with a little water.
STEP 4: SLICE AND SERVE
- Slice the rolls into 6-8 pieces and drizzle with teriyaki glaze. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve with pickled ginger and wasabi on the side.
