Popcorn Chicken Sushi Roll with Teriyaki Glaze

Ingredients

FOR THE SUSHI ROLLS: 
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
  • 1 packet KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut into thin strips

FOR THE TERIYAKI GLAZE: 
  • KLFC Teriyaki Sauce

FOR GARNISH:
  • Sesame seeds
  • Pickled ginger
  • Wasabi (optional)

Instructions

STEP 1: ASSEMBLE THE SUSHI ROLLS
  • Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  • Arrange KLFC Crispy Popcorn Chicken, avocado slices, and cucumber strips in the center.

STEP 2: PUT IN TERIYAKI GLAZE: 
  • Put some KLFC Teriyaki Sauce  on the ingredients.

STEP 3: ROLL THE SUSHI
  • Use the bamboo mat to carefully roll the sushi, applying gentle pressure to form a tight roll. Seal the edge with a little water.

STEP 4: SLICE AND SERVE 
  • Slice the rolls into 6-8 pieces and drizzle with teriyaki glaze. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Serve with pickled ginger and wasabi on the side.
