Step 1
Heat the cooking oil until a moderate heat.
Step 2
Add 1 packet of Shrimp Fritter Flour (200g), and add in 200g of water. Mix well until no lumps.
Step 3
Use a round shape spoon to shape the Shrimp Fritters and deep fry it in hot oil until golden brown. Flip the Shrimp Fritter occasionally during frying.
Step 4
Remove Shrimp Fritter from the oil and drain off the excess oil. Best served when hot.
