Hot Water Bath
● Remove the outer printed packaging and place the Roasted Chicken Leg Quarter with vacuums bag into the simmering water and allow it to boil for 15 minutes.

Deep Fry
● Preheat oil until 150℃ - 160℃ and fry for 5 - 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Convection Oven
● Preheat the oven and roast for approximately 18 - 20 minutes at 165℃ - 170℃ or until golden brown.
